Lightly hazed, bright, light golden-yellow with a white head that stays a while and leaving a nice ring around the top of the brew. Sour aromas with some nice fruitiness like apples and white grapes. The sourness continues in the taste with the same fruitiness. The sour notes lingers quite a long time, which is nice instead of having a short finish, and tart left on the tongue. Quite a smooth sour, fruity beer with one of the longest lasting sourness I have had - and that is just fine, with yellow plums that is interesting.

Bottle, courtesy of Sergey; 5% ABV
Pale blond colour, hazy. The aroma is funky and sharply sour, possible light note of acetone. Dry and thin body; sharp acidity, with lactic acid tones, light funk. The acidity is too prevalent, compared to the Saison elements.

750ml (thx, Gabriel L.!) @ 🏡 Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: nice Brett and rustic notes, a bit of lemon zest. Taste: along the same lines, nice combination of rustic notes and lemony notes. Very round, low to medium carbonation. Overall: good one, but I would prefer it to be sharper and bubblier.

Bottle: Poured a clear pink color ale with a large white foamy head with minimal retention and some light lacing. Aroma of tart raspberry notes with some funky esther. Taste is also a mix of fresh raspberry notes with some tart notes and light funky barnyard notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Super well balanced raspberry wild beer.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy deep orange with small white head. Red wine, feint strawberry and vanilla saison, decent. Everything fairly balanced, but not a standout.

750mL bottle, pours an opaque rusted reddish amber with a medium white head. Aroma brings out tart strawberry, red wine tannins, and some wild yeast. Flavour is tart and fruity, with lots of strawberry, red wine, some rustic notes, and a touch of wood. Lots of strawberry, melding decently with the saison characteristics. Fairly earthy and somewhat muddled, but nicely made overall.

Very pale purple. Just a thin head. The aroma is big pedio, damn. On the palate, it's more balanced. The grape comes through much more, the tartness is medium. It's a bit yeasty, but that's the saison base. The pedio doesn't actually show much on the palate. Pretty good if you can handle the aroma.

750ml @ Matt's new place. Appearance: dirty peach colour with a white head. Aroma: lots of bugs and grapes, dry, crispy. Taste: along the same lines, quite bubbly, low to moderate acidity. Overall: pretty good.
A lightly hazed pinkish saison with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt light raspberry, Epsom salts, Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light tart raspberry, light lactic notes, light Epsom salts, pleasant. On tap at Festibiere de Gatineau 2023.

Purplish colour and hazy. No head at all. Aroma is mostly fruity grapes, not especially distinctive -BUT - baco noir is a really cool grape that's half North American and is sometimes a bit smokey in wines. On the palate the baco noir shows up a lot, not smokey but with earthy complexity. The base here is light, maybe wheaty, medium acidity and mostly clean. There's tannins but I'm thinking grape skins. It's simple and would benefit from a more complex ferm on the base -brett c would especially be welcome here -but it's not bad at all. By the other ratings this might be getting past its prime so drink up if you have one.
