Cette IPA est bien faite et très désaltérante. Belle couleur, belle mousse, belle effervescence... Le nez est composé de céréales fraîches et pâte à biscuit. La finale est un peu astringente mais bien supportée par une amertume bien résineuse.

Growler: Poured a bright golden color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrus with some wheat malt notes is enticing enough. Taste is a mix of wheat malt with some citrus hoppy notes and very subtle bitterness. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Highly drinkable with nice mix of wheat notes and medium hoppy notes.

Growler at Ottawa gathering. Cloudy amber, small head. Restrained grapefruit aroma. Sweet with medium-full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Grapefruit peels, pine. Very bitter finish.

A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light perfumy notes, nice and smooth. Mini growler from Brouhaha, tasted at Per’s Almost gone tasting, March 2017.

Un beau cruchon dégusté tout seul comme un grand!! ;-) La bière est dorée et un peu floue. Le corps est mince et le nez principalement composé d’agrumes et de grain. En bouche, ça a la texture d’une Blanche qui a été houblonnée à cru.

En fût au brouepub. Couleur acajou pâle translucide, faible mousse beige. Arôme de malt caramélisé, fruits séchées. Goût de malt caramélisé, cassonade, fruits séchés, malt grillé, sucrée, légère amertume. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen.
