Can that pours a brown colour with amber highlights, a frothy beige head, decent retention and some light creamy lacing left. Big maple syrup aromas at first, with some Cognac-alcoholic notes, sugary-brown malts and hints of licorice, herbs. The Imperial Brown ale side comes out nicely in the taste with not too much sweetness. A touch maple, coffee and grassiness. Gets a tad hazy as it pours, and particles are seen floating around. A smooth mouthfeel with a nice drying finish. This is quite a nice stronger version of their Aki no Seishin with the mushroom shinning it maple magic, and the Cognac barrel adding an extra touch.

Pours a dark brown colour with amber highlights, a nice frothy, warm-beige coloured head with decent retention and some light lacing. Chocolate malt nose with some nuttiness coming out, maple syrup and mild grassiness. The maple continues in the taste, but the hops do cut the sweetness. A dry finish results. Herbal notes lingers over the chocolate and roasted malts. Hints of charred wood, coffee. A pretty interesting, maple-style darker ale that goes down well.

A deep amber colour, lightly unfiltered, with a warm, light-beige head, decent stay and some decent lacing. Fresh strawberry aromas over fruity malts, caramel notes and hints of salt. Quite nice flavours with a good blend of strawberries, mild sourness and a touch of saltiness. A smooth, a little silky mouthfeel with a tad tart left on the tongue, and some dryness. A very well-brewed strawberry Gose that goes down nicely.

Slightly hazed, pale red-pink colour with a whitish head, average retention and a ring tiny foam. Fruity, berry nose with mild saline, herbal hints. The taste shows the same, all mild and kind of watery. Less saltiness as well, with some light sourness instead. Gets a little hazier as it pours. Thin, wet mouthfeel with a decent finish. A nice twist on the Gose with the dragon fruit and red pomelo, but lacking a bit body and strength.

golden color. Frothy white head. Soapy nose with a touch of nice light roasted rice character. Smooth palate, a bit heavy, very clean, low medium bitterness. Nice stuff.

Ippon x Lagerbrau Komainu Lager 4.5% Very clear straw gold with a soapy off-white foam. Zesty bright beer with a light lemony herbal hoppiness. Nice crisp brew.

Can. Pale gold with a thick head. Crisp citrusy nose. Mellow and soft body and flavor, herbal hops, bit of vanilla and oak from the sorachi Ace, especially in the finish. Dry, crisp finish with medium bitterness.
