A pink hazed ale a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity guava jam with light acidity and tropical fruits. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with guava pulp and Epsom salts.

Olfactif ultra fruité et tropical laissant échapper un peu de résine et d'alcool. Mousse de taille moyenne, crémeuse et persistante. Liquide doré, légèrement ambré, voilé et moyennement effervescent. Entrée de bouche fruitée et caramélisées avec une chaleur d'alcool douce mais décelable. Saveurs tropicales de mangue de fruits de la passion et de litchi fortement enrobées de caramel. Finale résineuse et amère sans être astrimgeante. Forte corpulence, texture douce et effervescence plutôt faible. Le malt dominant aux notes de caramel apaise l'amertume dans cette DIPA fruitée et un peu moins amère que son 79 IBU annoncé. Elle demeure cependant délicieuse de par son coté fruité et sucré. 16oz can pours a thick black with a big cap of khaki head. Nose has malt and molasses, cinnamon, some nutmeg, mole, turbinado sugar. Flavor has sugar and spice and everything nice, malt, heavy molasses. Finishes with a kick of black pepper, and plenty of malt. Chewy. I dig it. 7 4 7 4 14
