Can that pours a hazy golden colour with an orange hue, a warm-whitish head, good retention and thick, creamy-foamy lacing. Aromas of citrus with a dank touch, hints of cilantro and other grassy herbs. A creamyish mouthfeel with a slow building dryness. Lots of citrus in the taste, on the juicy side at first, with mild zest coming in the end. Not a big fan of their raspberry beer, but this is one fine NEIPA.

Fairly clean, light reddish-pink colour with a smaller white head with a pinkish hue. Not much lace is left, but a small ring. Raspberry aromas from essences with decent fruitiness, but not smelling any honey. The taste is watery raspberries, and again - not getting any honey. It almost feels like a really light, fruity beer, but showing 5% ABV. After having their maple beer which was the sweetest, real maple syrup beer I have had, I really thought this would have real raspberry purée... and honey. No tart, no sourness - a little disappointed.

Second Quebec Maple beer of the night (other being Shawbridge La Coulée - and both being amber ones). Clean amber colour with a light beige head, average stay and some decent lacing tiny spots on the glass. Big maple syrup aromas over fruity malts, apple notes. Maple syrup in the taste, a touch lighter, but yet still sweet, not overly and with hops that cuts with building dryness. Of all maple beers I have had this season, this is the one that has the strongest, real maple syrup, as the others might have more the maple sap. Felt a little too rich at first, but in the end - it was quite a nice maple amber beer.

Clear reddish pink with a light pink head that fades quickly to a lingering ring. Nose is bright raspberry with some light grains and grass. Light berry sweetness with a light grassy bitterness. Medium- slick mouth with active carbonation.

Clear reddish amber with a tiny team head that is quickly gone. Nose is very strong artificial maple with a hint of vanilla. Medium + sweet maple. Medium mouth with soft carbonation. OK as a dessert sipper.
