8-3-7-4-14 Can, shared with Inbreak and friends. Pours cloudy pale yellow, with a small rocky head. Aroma is tropical hops with mango, pineapples, litchi and passion fruits, as well as grassy notes, fruit pits and minerals. Medium to full body, with average carbonation. Flavour is grassy hops and tropical notes of mango, passion fruit, pineapples and stone fruits, as well as fruit pits, minerals and musty minerals.

Håndverkerølfestivalen 2019. Dark brown color with a beige head. Aroma is smoked, caramel. Flavor is smoked, roasted malt, yeast, coffee, caramel, bread, grass, berries. Nice beer.

Matt rød i fargen. Lukter røde bær og passionsfrukt. Lett+ i fylde. Sur fruktig smak. Bær, rips, bringebær, passionfrukt og noe syrlige epler. Middels lang.

Sample from bottle @ Bergen Ølfestival. Pours clear orange, with no head. Aroma is sweet, boozy, notes of floral honey, berries and dried fruits, as well as sugar, leather and wood. Creamy body, with no carbonation. Flavour is slightly oxidized notes of honey, with dried fruits, leather, floral notes and wood. Sweet finish.

On tap at Ølfestivalen, Nærbø. A lightly hazy brown beer with a small beige head. The aroma has some vegetable notes, but it’s mostly roasted malts, coffee and some chocolate. Caramel and cocoa. The flavor has the same vegetal thing found in the aroma, only stronger, with roasted malts, caramel, coffee and chocolate. Rather sweet on the palate, nicely carbonated, with a long finish. Sure, there’s a lot of good things going on here, but it’s a bit unclean. 171021
