Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours hazy yellow with a small, creamy white head. Lightly sweet, simple dry citrus, lemon rind, nips of grapefruit, pale malt. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pithy finish, further citrus rind, a nip of chalk. Fine.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours black with a creamy grayish brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a strong bourbon note with a lots of bitter dark grains, toffee and roasted malts underlying. Flavor has heavy bourbon and bitter dark grains supported by roasted malts.
