(Bottle) Pale amber colour with frothy, lasting, off-white head. Malty, slightly floral nose with apricots, orange peel, bread, peaches, hay and floral hops. Malty, floral taste with notes of white bread, toast, citrus, orange peel, peaches, grapefruit, pine needles and a balanced floral, citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, mainly dry. Tasty and well balanced with an interesting floral character (from the seaweed?). Quite nice.

Piwo ma srednia piane i szybko opadajaca. Barwa mocno metna, szary rozowy kolor. W smaku troche wodniste, delikatne akcenty kwasne, owocowe, jest tu nieco zurawiny, kwasnej sycylijskiej pomaranczy, sliwki ume. Ale bardzo umiarkowanie. Jeszcze delikatniej jest w posmaku soli, niewiele jej, w zasadzie nawet owocowa lekka slodycz bardziej czulo sie niz sol. Nie mniej piwo dobre dla osob ktorzy zaczynaja przygode z Sour wild Ale, dobry poczatek, nie przytloczy ich za bardzo. Dla mnie za delikatne ale dzieki temu pijalne wlasnie dla poczatkujacych.

Bottled@Rex, Umeå (backlog). Black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, coffee, some mild toasted notes along with some slight buttery notes. Flavour is roasted malts, coffee, some liquorice, mild ashes as well as some slight buttery notes to it. Quite a pleasant brew. Good sipper.
