Description

Bottled@One Pint Pub, Helsinki (old backlog, thanks for sharing Mankke & co). Quite much coca cola colour with a small slightly off-white head. Leaves some lace. Aroma is some roasted malts, mild tart wooden notes along with some ashy and toffeeish notes. Flavour is rather similar, but has some quite tart wooden and berryish notes as well.

33cl bottle at El Estribo, Madrid. Pours hazy brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of malt, spices, dried fruits and alcohol. Fruity, malty and spicy with a dry finish with some bitterness. Quite well balanced. The spices reminds me a bit of Fernet. Not a favourite, but decent beer. (2012-08-15)
