Description
For Teo Musso, beer is passion, an intense love for taste and certainly a form of expression. Through his recipes, he has communicated special moments in his life, sides of his being and his constant search for the perfect sensory balance.

In 1986 Le Baladin pub opens in Piozzo (Cuneo). Ten years after Le Baladin becomes a brewpub where beer is produced and directly sold. Blonde and Ambrée (both in filtered and non filtered versions) are the first draught beers produced by Baladin.

Bottle, 6.8%. Acidic, grapefruity hop aroma. Hazy copper colour, with small floaties. Big stable head. The flavour starts off a little sweet with some grapefruit bitterness and flavour. Turns more spicy as it warms. Yeasty aftertaste. High carbonation. Quite nice and in good balance. Thanks to Manu from Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fà, Rome.

RBSG 07. The aroma is mildly sour, like a light Flemish sour ale. Flavor is a little sweet, some balsamic. Medium palate, quite drinkable, and that is partly due to its underwhelming qualities. What kind of traditional ale is this?

Bottle i brought with me to an italian resteraunt ... clowdy orange ...zesty spicy citrrus nose ... sharp fruity ... slightly sweetened grapefruit ... little spicyness ... very juicy ... little tart in linger... well balanced and put together. In contrast with KnutAlbert i found this went great with my Spagetti Carbonara as it wqs sharp and clean enouth to cleanse palate and cut across the food.

From tap at Bir and Fud. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Light mouldy aroma. Flavour is slight sourish with a light malt base. Ends slight sourish.5-3-4-3-9=2.4

Bottle (trade with mgumby). Black pepper and grassy malt aroma. Hazy yellow-orange with giant head initially but quickly collapses. Sour quinine/grass flavor with the slightest hint of malt. Very unusual - a very earthy taste.
