500 ml bottle, from Hos Walter, Ebeltoft. ABV is 10.5%. Pitch black colour, large tan head. Aroma of roast malts, smoked malts and whisky, hints of dark chocolate, unsweetened liquorice and coffee. The flavour is not too sweet, distinct notes of smoke and whisky. Liquorice, more smoke and bittering hops in the finish.

500 ml bottle, from Hos Walter, Ebeltoft. ABV is 6.1%. Amber colour, moderate white head. Pleasant aroma of spices (cloves and others), orange peel, sloe, anise, liquorice and Belgian ale yeast. The flavour has the same elements as the aroma, also notes of brown kandij sugar, but the beer is not too sweet. Spicy finish.

ABV: 10.5%. Clear dark black brown colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, peat - smoke, light resin. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, roasted, dark malt, licorice, smoke, peat, sweet malt. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20220206]

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear golden, small head. Aroma of orange, dough and honey. Very sweet with medium to full body and rounded, sticky mouthfeel. Marmelade, syrup and elderflowers. Mildly resinous finish. Way too sweet.

Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, pale malt, fruity malt, sweet malt, fruity hops, light citrus, light grass.
