Diepgouden kleur, lichtjes troebel. Kraag isbijna wit met een dun laagje dat blijft hangen. Geurt naar zoete mout, kruidig (koriander en iets vreemds, wellicht is dat de komijn), tikje zwavelachtig. Smaak is zoetig met een licht bittertje. Lichte body. Medium bittere finish. Niet slecht, maar wat simpel en amateuristisch.

Fles gedeeld door Roelzie. Geprobeerd met Mimi, Rik, Tessa en Guus. Het is een troebel roodbruin bier met een dun schuim. Het heeft een aroma van rood fruit. De smaak is fruitig, zurig en krieken achtig.

330ml bottle. Very dark brown colour with weak ruby shimmer and small to average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, dark beige to tan head. Sweet-ish, toasty, dark malty and minimally yeasty fruity aroma, hints of malt lozenge, some caramel, a touch of red berries. Taste is toasty, minimally nutty, dark malty with low residual sweetness, notes of dark caramel, a touch of malt lozenge, toasted nuts, some hop bitterness, a weak, bitter touch of burnt caramel as well. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, slightly dry palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Rather toasty and bitter - OK.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Zesty, citrusy fruity and mildly spicy aroma, wheaty malty background, hints of lemon peel, orange peel, coriander. Taste is mildly bitter, zesty, citrusy fruity and slightly spicy, wheaty malty basis without residual sweetness, minimally diluted notes of coriander, a touch of orange peel. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Quite spicy, a tad watery - absolutely OK.
