Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass deep red, nice head. Fruity aroma. Starts quite sweet and fruity-berry. More and more fruity-alcoholic. Finish with light sourish notes, still quite berry. Quite drinkable. Better than exspected.

500ml bottle. Clear amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Spicy caramel malty aroma. Taste is caramel malty, minimally spicy, bitter hoppy overtones. Well balanced, really nice Altbier.

White version of the Zwönitzer Gourmet beer. Their regular pilsener barrel aged in white wine barrels. Strange experiment. Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Extreme interesting aroma, fruity-sweet. Starts mild, not as fruity as exspected, quite metallically, a bit woody. Very strange. Finish washy-moldy, almost no hoppy notes in this beer. Not good. You cannot barrel age a regular pilsener and exspect it to become something special.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass not as dark as exspected, nice head. Starts quite alcoholic-old, a bit moldy. Sharp alcoholic notes that I didnt exspect. Modest malty. Finish milder, less alcoholic, more balanced with a soft fruity touch. Better than exspected.

Aroma is light moderate malty, butter, berry, sweet butter. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, berries, wheat, sweet sugary berries. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, spices, herbs, salvie - sage. IMO funny but not my style or to my likeing. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, bread, caramel, sweet malt. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, caramel, bread, light roasted. IMO very Hvidttøl alike. Bottle. Danke David. Herb, flowery and citrus aroma, which gived it a bit of a body lotion nose. Flavorwise it tilts towads a bit more licorice and digestiv notes, wellbalanced beweetn the yeast fruityness and the herbs, quite interesting and very drinkable. Mellow sparkly mouthfeel, medium body. Aromatic herbs retronasal. Definitely something completely new, I do like the approach.
