Cask (Sir William's, Ljubljana) - Golden with a white head. Grapefruit and notes of lychees in the aroma. Grapefruit, tea and some notes of peach and biscuity malt in the taste. Almost reminds me of Dark Star Hophead of old.

Bottle, 0.50l, courtesy of CanCrusher. Aroma of waffles, syrup, vanilla, dried fruit and spices. Pours clear ruby brown color with medium sized creamy tan-like head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts mild sweet toasted malty with waffles, syrup, cinnamon and vanilla, following is herbal and dried fruity, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is average bitter. 0,5 l bottle. Pours dark ruby red with small, quickly dissipating off white head. Aroma is not overpowering, malt, a bit of caramel, some cinnamon and cardamon in the background. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter. Body is average and Flavor is cinnamon at first and then cardamon kicks in. Finish is cardamon, possibly even ginger. Aroma is OK, but flavor and finish simply too heavy on spices and hard to go down. Not as overpowering as some spiced Christmas beers, but sill too much. It's well made though.

A: clear ochre, stable, foamy, white head.
A: mandarin, orange zest, unripe peach, grass, biscuit.
T: sweetish mandarin & peach, sourish citrus zest, softly bitter.
F: grassy & floral hops, bitter citrus peel & zest.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Typical 'compromise' Hazy, not too bad.

Appearance; Cloudy yellow with a tall off-white head of good retention. Aroma: Citrus, wood, tropical & spicy notes. Taste: Medium dry. Pine & resin, citrus, spicy notes, woody ending bitterness. Mouth feel: Medium body, soft carbonation. Summary: OK.

Bottle, Rina Bistro. Clear golden, large offwhite head, lasting. Gentle citrusy hoppy nose. Milder bitterness, slight citrusy kick and a bit of herbs in teh finish. Gentle aftertaste. Light. Very simple.
