35cl Blik van Beer Republic. Mistig bleekgele kleur, witte kraag. Geur is hoppig, dennen, citrus, hint van rubber, smaak is wel behoorlijk dun, waterig, bitter. Lichte body. Prima zomerbier, maar niet geweldig.

Sample (from Beer Republic). Yellowish colour, small small white head. Aroma is floral, herbal and some mild grassy tones. Flavour is floral, herbal and some earthy tones with some mild wooden tones. Refreshing, but kind of lean back.

25th May 2023 6th Floor bottleshare. Thanks to Tips for the Can. Clear deep amber, small pale tan head. Thin and semi dry caramel malts, a good creamy caramel sweetness. Mild ripe fruits. Semi dry finish. Nice job, like the caramel.

355 ml can from Beer Republic advent calendar poured into a Tulip. Clear amber-golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, tropical impressions, pear, pines, and caramel malts. The taste is bitter. Medium body. Dry and bitter finish. Nice West Coast IPA.

Aroma: papaya, candied orange, pale malts and pine. Taste: papaya, candy, orange marmalade and resin. Resinous mouthfeel. Clean west coast action. Next one please!

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 29A: blood orange / 23G). Can 35 Cl - Batch S695A (BB undeclared). AROMA: medium clean sourness with a low grapefruit background. slight isovaleric. APPEARANCE: light orange color and cristal clear. medium-low white head with low retention. TASTE: initial medium-low grapefruit, followed by low neutral malt background with slight sweetness and medium-low clean sourness. low bitterness replaced by sourness. finishes dry and slightly sour and salty. MOUTHFEEL: low body medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: an ok fruit Gose.
