Taster at Cyprez Tap Room, Ciudad de México. Almost clear, straw colored. AROMA- apple, yeasty, herbal, touch of champagne. FLAVOR- very decent, lightly sweet, tones of exotic honey. Light bodied. Very special, very tasty.
