On tap at Cyprez - Narvarte, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has very subdued piney hops, straw, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour has some oily resinous, a touch of juicy stone fruits, and just enough biscuity malt to back. Finishes lightly juicy, oily, and reasonably balanced. Solid.

On tap at Cyprez - Narvarte, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has some rough grainy notes, light herbaceous character, and straw. Flavour is not quite right, with lots of herbal notes, almost a vegetal character, and a dry grainy base. Poor vegetal hop expression, just not exuding any notes you hope for in the style. Not working.

On tap at Cyprez Roma, pours a clear golden with a large white head. Aroma has plenty of rustic saison yeast, bright citrus hops, and gentle grains. Flavour has rustic saison yeast, some citrusy hops, and a dry biscuity malt base. Rustic, gently hoppy, clean saison. Real nice.

On tap at Cyprez Roma, pours a hazy pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is pretty expressive on the NZ hops—lots of hop tang, gooseberry—with a dry biscuity base. Flavour has a nice tangy hop expression, with gooseberry, some white wine, and a dry base. Well-hopped, clean, and pretty vibrant. Very good.

On tap at Cyprez Roma, pours a clear dark amber / burgundy with a small beige head. Aroma has some toasted malt, caramel, and bready malt. Flavour is extremely malty, with lots of bready caramel, toffee, and sugars. Very malty—which is true to style—but needs more hops to balance. Finishes a bit too sweet/malty but it’s decent.

Flavour is pretty timid, with earthy hops, toasted malt, a touch of roast, and a hint of citrus. The balance is good, but this simply needs more hops and malt. Decent, albeit underwhelming.
