On tap at Cyprez - Roma. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Bright pine and saison yeast on the nose. Flavour has dry, rustic saison yeast and a dry grassy pine character. Good base saison that's well-hopped. Nice.

On tap at Cyprez - Roma. Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma is full of dank and tangy hops. Flavour has a dank and tangy hop profile, some tangy white wine notes; light cracker malts. Nice hops, solid NZ pilsner.

On tap at Hop: The Beer Experience, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some rustic saison yeast, a touch of spiciness, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is much the same, with rustic saison yeast, some toasted grains, and low-level esters. Finishes spicy and fairly dry. Not the most complex but reasonably done.
