Description
Goesting in en passie voor bier …. zette Kris aan tot brouwen. Hij volgde een bijscholing brouwen in CVO Elishout te Anderlecht en een opleiding zytholoog aan het Syntra te Hasselt. Onder het motto ‘Think Global, Drink Local’ brouwt Kris van Belgian Craft Beer Company verschillende locale bieren. Deze Craft bieren zijn pure producten van verse granen, ongefilterd, van hoge gisting, met een pure en volle smaak ... bieren van hoge goesting!

In januari 2012 kwam Coccinelle 'bier van hoge goesting' op de markt.
Coccinelle (Frans voor 'lieveheersbeestje') is één van de natuurlijke beschermers van de hop. Er zitten 3 soorten Belgische hop in het bier, vandaar de naam Coccinelle.

Sinds 2018 zijn we als 'Belgian Craft Beer Company' bezig met de uitbouw van ons assortiment: Coccinelle (Tripel Ale 8%), Grasshopper (Belgian Bitter 6%), Thor (Saison 5,5%), Haspengouwse Tripel (Tripel 7% met toevoeging van Jonagold) & onze Hopjenever 38° (met de 3 hoppen van Coccinelle). De recepturen van de bieren worden nog steeds thuis ontwikkeld en zodra deze op punt staan, worden ze bij brouwerij Anders gebrouwen.

Hazy straw blond colour with massive foaming head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of spicy dryness from the saison yeast. Clean and thirst quenching.

Bier Van Hoge Goesting Grasshopper Belgian Blond. - Clear blond colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of floral and citrus peel notes. Rounded bitterness.

@ Au Phare, Tongeren. Hazy blond colour, white foam. Typical Belgian blond, some fruitiness, some peach. Sweet, light bitter.

F: thin, off-white, quick diminishing. C: gold, clear. A: malty, vaguely fruity, bit caramel, bit orange, bit grassy. T: malty, bit spicy, grassy, mellow fruity, bit like lager taste, bit bread, medium to full body, medium carbonation, nothing special and strange lager tones here, sample from 0,33l bottle @ second day ZBF 2018.

Unclear, golden colored, medium- white frothy head. Aroma is of malt, bit biscuit, moderate- fruity, citrus and some floral hops. Taste is medium sweet malt, biscuity, medium- fruity and citrus hops, bit hay, medium- bitterness, dryish. Medium-light bodied, soft carbonation, a bit watery. A bit on the thin hoppy side. (bottle, Bierhalle Deconinck, Vichte)

Bottled. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and fruits, leading to a dry finish.

Sample from 33 cl bottle. Slightly hazy golden colour with a big white head. Sweet aroma with pale malts and fruits, yeasts. Taste is sweet. Medium to full body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes fruity and spiced.

Bottle@Lars place - golden orange pour with white head. Sweet fruity and malty with some notes of Belgian yeast, some candi and icing sugar sweetness, medium body, sweet fruity malty finish.
