Refrigerated 11.2 oz. brown flip-top bottle poured into a glass. Clear copper with big beige head. Aroma is caramel malt, light/medium body, lower carbonation, and some lacing. Taste is caramel malt.

Can at Brasserie V. Unfiltered amber-brown body. Mmm, classic Alt. Mild, mellow hoppiness, more earthy than bitter or tropical. Deep specialty malts. Bready malt richness. Earthy, zesty hops stick around in the aftertaste. Cool Geman sensibilities help differentiate it between US and UK browns. Solid.

Bottle shared with TomHendriksen. Dark red-brown color with a medium sized beige head. Smell and taste malts, dark malts, earthy, lightly boozy, caramelised sugars and perhaps a distant hint of laurel or some spices, raisins. Medium body and carbonation.

Fles gedeelt door Benzai. Het is een helder donkerbruin bier met weinig schuim. Het heeft een humusachtige geur. De smaak is vol, drop achtig en wat laurier.

Bottle (purchased at the Uerige, Sticke-Tag 16/10/18): Clear, golden, small and stable white foamy layer; sweetish grainy-malty nose, mild grassy bitterness underneath; mild to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied to watery, empty MF ; shorter and drier and more tart grassy finish with some malty traces. Too simple brew, suitable just for fans of simple (Tote Hosen) music...

33cl bottle, thanks Erzengel! A clear golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of mild grainy malt, wet hops, straw. Taste of dry grainy malt, straw, moderate spicy hops, boring stuff!
