Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich tequila, malt, hops, caramel, wood and has a warming finish.

Unter dem Namen Libertas kannte ich bislang nur die römische Göttin der Freiheit 😶🌫️und eine Burschenschaft⚔️ in Wien. Wohl eher der Göttin ist dieses Bier gewidmet. Es ist ein Elfgrädiges, das allerdings nicht wirklich wie ein solches schmeckt. Es ist extrem gehopft 🌿und bitter wie ein IPA und hat im Abgang 💨 einen buttrigen 🧈 Unterton, der aber nicht wirklich reinpasst. Als IPA oder Imperial wasauchimmer kann ich es mir vorstellen, aber von einem gemütlichen tschechischen Elfgrädigen ist man geschmacklich weit weg.

On tap pours out hazy pink color topped with a small white head. Nose is nice jammy berries some wet wheat tartness. Taste is more of the nice raspberries sweet and tart notes.

Bottle 0.33l, one year aged. Clear, black colored. AROMA- nice cognac, lightly coffee, coffee pralines. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, lightly bitter, touch of sourness, strongly cognac, coffee liquor, pralines, dark grapes. Medium to fuller bodied. Very nice one.

Bottle 0.75l, more than two years aged. Clear, dark red to black colored. AROMA- cognac, roasted, dark chocolate, raisins. FLAVOR-lightly sweet, lightly bitter, quite warming, alcohol, licorice, cognac, a bit roasted, caramel, raisins, prunes. Fuller bodied. Too thin, too strong alcohol.

0,5 l tap at Bar Napalme, Prague. Pours hazy straw yellow. Aroma of - not surprisingly - pineapple, a bit of tropical fruit, slightly sour. Taste is light sweet, medium, not overpoweringly sour and very light bitter. Finish is rather short, sour pineapple. Although it lacks any complexity whatsoever it is a very peasant drinker, properly refreshing.

Bottle @ Jakobs, trade by Rotin & Ascalja, huge thanks! Pours slighty hazy reddish brown with a small tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, dried fruit, bourbon, vanillla. Flavor is sweet, malty, caramel, wood, spice, light vanilla, bourbon, somewhat boozy. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, sweet finish with warming alcohol. 250823
