Bouteille 33cl, shared with the SHAPE crew, thanks Mark. Ambrée, col fin beige. Arôme est léger offrant de belles notes maltées de cacao, rétro de café qui laisse perdurer de bonnes effluves grillées. Palais est agréable malgré ses quasi 11%, retrouve un agréable côté café-grillé, amertume est moyenne et balance un peu le tout. Petite note de malt rappelant le crystal et surtout pas mal de pâle sur la fin.

Draft at IMBC 2015. Hazy golden orange color, white head. Nice mixed tropical fruit aroma. Taste has bittersweet fruit, nice balance. Tasty.

Bouteille 33cl, shared with the SHAPE crew, thanks Mark. Ambrée, col moyen crémeux blanc-cassé. Arôme est agréable et met bien en avant le bouquet de la citrouille le tout étant ponctué par un plaisant nez épicé surtout au niveau cannelle et girofle. Palais est léger et restitue bien un profil organique de citrouille à défaut de tomber dans de fausses saveurs. La basé épicée reste bien là surtout au niveau de la cannelle. Amertume est plus sur la fin et offre une bonne balance avec un malté plaisant pâle et caramel. Petite rondeur en fin de bouche.

Deep brown-black color, medium-sized brownish head. Strong alcoholic rum aroma with hints of cellar and toastyness. Medium-bodied. Lots of rum hear, brown sugar, alcohol, some cellar, roasted maltyness. I think a bit too much time spent in the barrels as rum is overriding but good beer it is.

Pours black with a tan head. Aroma of roast, vanilla and roast. Taste is quite amazing, sweet, full on bitterness and rum coming out closer to the end. I am also getting some bitter tobacco for some reason. Dark fruits. Sipper this is, where is my fireplace?.
