Draught @ Pivovarsky Klub, Prague. Pours black with a creamy tan head. Aroma of roast malt, light sweetness, yeast, cocoa, light fruit. Flavor is roasted malt, sweetness, cocoa, tart dried fruit, cheese, and something strange. Medium body, lively carbonation. Old keg maybe? seemed somehow off. 170414

Tap(@brewpub):Pale golden to golden, hazy, lazy carbonation, stable and lacy white head,fruity-yeasty nose, yeast and raspberries detectable; relatively mild bitter-sweet flavour, low acidity; slightly lingering sourish-bitter finish. O.K., but the promised three different kinds of hops are unfortunately barely detectable.

Tap(MMX Pivovar Lety):Literally black and presumably hazy with a thick and creamy tanned head, chocolate-cake and mildly roasted malt in the medium-dry bitter-sweet nose; moderate bitter-sweet flavour as well, quite soft and medium bodied; slightly lingering ashy and dark-malty finish. getrunken Ende 2012 als "Podbrdský nostalgický ale" in meinem Lieblings-Beisl in Prag und inzwischen nicht mehr produziert Ein tolles unfiltriertes Pale Ale mit tollen getreidigen Noten, die wunderbar mit den grasigen Hopfennoten harmonieren. Hat mir wirklich gut geschmeckt.

PETka @ the brewery. Hazy golden colour, creamy white head. Spicy aroma of fruit. Malty base with spicy and towards the finish bitter hops. Very hoppy indeed, quite nice.

1.5l PETka from the brewery. Deep brown, almost black colour with a tall beige head, very creamy. Aroma of roasetd malts, chocolate and some spicy hops. Full-bodied, lots of roast flavours there, cocoa, dark chocolate, not too bitter but quite chocolatey and sweetish. Lingering finish with some spicy hops.

1.5l PETka from the "Pivotel" (pivovar + hotel) in Lety. Hazy golden colour, large and creamy white head, very persistent. Herbal hop aroma. Light-bodied with lively carbonation, grainy malt flavours with a pleasant sweetness, bitter and aromatic hops follow soon, resulting in a bitter-sweet overall character. Light-bodied yet full of flavour. A classic desítka.

(Draught at Pivovarsky Klub, Prague, 28 July 2012) Golden yellow colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Fruity nose with citrus, grass, bread and slightly soapy wheat aromas. Malty, fruity taste with notes of bread, wheat, citrus, peaches and banana. Medium body, with a certain sweetness and low bitterness. Decent and drinkable.
