Bottled@fonefan. Deep golden colour, no head. Aroma is honey, some sweet nectar and that’s about it. Flavour is extremely sweet honey and some nectary notes. Overly sweet.

Bottled@fonefan. Yellowish golden colour, no head. Aroma is honey, elderflower and mild alcohol. Flavour is sweet honey at first, then it turns a bit floral, ending in a rather earthy way.

Intensiver Honiggeschmack, leider ist so auch die Süße relativ stark. Wenig süffig, geschmacklich nicht besonders aber solide. 9/8/9/9/10/10

Kräuterartiger Honigantrunk, süffig, kein Alkohol. Rund, der Honig könnte stärker sein. Zum Ende dann doch etwas Alkohol. 9/7/6/6/8/7

[ As Dansk Mjød Jule Mjød ].Clear medium yellow color with virtualy no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy honey, spicy honey, spices, cinnamon, xmas spices. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long long duration, honey, spicy, apple spicy, cinnamon, alcohol, light xmas spices. Body is medium to full, texture is syrupy and sticky, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. Even though it is quit a spicy mead i like it *

75 cl ceramic bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow, no head. Aroma is cinnamon and cardemomme mixed with honey spiced. Solid spoced, light honey note. Light getting all the spiced dropped on the table and into your nose. Solid cinnamon, almost burning.
