0.5l weisswurst hefe, thx Fin! Jonas picked this one to be fair. Hazy full golden body, the head disappearing immediately, bit lazy carbonation. Solid bubbelgum and wheaty maltiness in the aroma, dried fruit, bit peachy. Bit jammy stone fruit taste, sweetish maltiness, no phenols, quite drinkable. Okay overall.

Bottle. Deep golden, slightly cloudy, head disappeared fast. Banana, some spice, cream. Soft, nice fluffy, good spices. Not bad.

Bottle. Relatively clear cloudy golden, low head. Spicy, light dusty, dry spices, and dry banana, medium body, mellow mouthfeel, good balance, easy drinkable.

A small sample/taster of Jonas's beer as driving today, Sunday 15th February 2026 in the company of Jonas, Ursula and Marko after a weekend of beer tasting. Pours hazy warm yellow with a large white fast disappearing head. Taste is solid, on the subtle side regards to banana and wheatiness. I like it. Score 7.0

Bottle picked up from the Brewery/Gaststätte Thursday 21st August 2025, sat drinking it at home Thursday 28th August 2025, listening to Tom Robinson covering for Huw Stephens for Round Table on 6Music and now it's New Music Fix with Nathan and Deb, cooking Pastitsio. Hazy mid brown with a mid sized white/off white head. Good mouthfeel, soft but nice carbonation. Nice maltiness there's a little cola type thing, some sweetness, caramel, it's nice, possibly the best yet if this breweries beers.

Bottle picked up from the brewery yesterday and consumed Friday 22nd August 2025 at Ulm Obstwiesenfestival sat outside Frank. Pours hazy yellow/gold with a small fast disappearing white head. Fairly middling taste, a little bit sweet, some honey and cereal combine, not too much in the way of hoppiness on show and any bitterness is very shy. Fine.

Bottle picked up from the Brewery/Gaststätte Thursday 21st August 2025, sat drinking it in Frank waiting to get into Ulm Obstwiesenfestival. Pours mid gold, the head soon departed, taste is malty with some cereal, also a little bit yeasty. Not too much in the way of bitterness, a little rustic in character but pleasant nonetheless. Fine.
