375ml bottle, shared at dinner time by Frau Eva. Clear late straw coloured body, no head and poor lacing. Modest smell of apple skins. Fresh taste of red apples, added by a grassy bite. Prolonged end. Clean on the swallow. Refreshing and okay with our salad, (Tromsø, 25.01.2024).

YG 261223. Red golden color with no head. Aroma is apple, berries. Flavor is apple, berries, sourness, raspberries, citrus. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A sparkling, reddish-golden cider, clear and headless. The aromais apple driven, with some raspberry added. There's a citrusy touch too, guessed that was from the fermentation and funk, but as there's hops added to the cider, I guess that's the explanation. And the citrusy, piney notes feels stronger once the carbonation settles down a bit. It's dry on the palate, quite fizzy and with a hint of alcohol. Apple runs the show in the flavor too, fresh apple juice with notes of apple cores. Red berries and citrus too. Medium length finish. Refreshing and tasteful this one. 231226

750 ml corked & caged clear bottle, vintage 2022, lot 1, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.7% . Clear and pale rosé colour, pours sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Aroma of apples, raspberries and hops. Semi-sweet flavour, raspberries on a background of apples, moderate hops in the finish, a hint of sulphites.
