La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il piano sottostante si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro non è invasivo. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di pane, orzo, frutta secca, erbaceo, agrumi e arancia.

Bottle at ASK Italian, Leicester, on a work night out. Pale golden/yellow, thin-looking and fizzy with a small white head. Yeasty, biscuity aroma with notes of grass and hay. It's pleasant but faint. Taste is quite bitter, with a short medicinal finish. Heavy carbonation and a thin body. Meh.

At Terre, From a bottle in Brooklyn: pours brown with an off-white head. Aroma is Dark fruit, like figs and the like... yeast. Taste is yeasty and slightly sweet. Sort of woody notes. Some complexity. Not bad.
