moderna craft IPA koja odmah osvaja svojim bogatim hmeljnim karakterom i aromama koje iskaču iz čaše. Donosi izražene note citrusa, tropskog voća i lagani borasti štih, uz ugodnu, ali odlučnu gorčinu koja joj daje pravi IPA potpis.

elegantna, srednje gorka IPA s izraženim citrusno-cvjetnim aromama hmelja i čistim, suhim završetkom koji ostavlja dojam talijanske finoće. A nisam mogao ni odabrati bolje mjesto za probati ovu pivu od podnožja Tre Cime, tri poznata vrha u talijanskim alpama.

Na prvu – kulturna. Zlatno-jantarna boja, lijepa pjena, sve fino i pristojno. A onda bam – hmelj ti mahne s distance i kaže: “Ja sam tu, nemoj me ignorirati.” Miris citrusan, malo grejp, malo cvijeće, kao da si zalutao u botanički vrt koji je netko zalio pivom.

At Nomad restaurant. Smell of straw, some hops. Cloudy amber colour, small white head. Aroma of straw, resin, hops, faint honey. Lots of italo pils here mixing with ipa. Lively carbon. Lightly bitter, lightly sweet. Decent body.

Bottled at Furusunds Värdshus, Furusund. Clear amber, mid sized head. Aroma of grspefruit, grass and dusty biscuits. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Crystal malt like biscuity base, hay and grapefruit. Mid bitter finish.

18/10/2025. Bottle at Hops Bar, Tirana. Hazy pour. Malty, citrus, bready, resin, slightly chalky. Some old skool hoppy dankness. Good body and carbonation. Enjoyed it (more than SHIG did).

(Bottle) Hazy reddish amber colour with frothy, tan head. Malty, slightly roasty nose with treacle-toffee, dried fruit, dark bread, orange peel and spices. Malty taste with notes of treacle-toffee, dried fruit, figs, dark bread, nuts, orange peel and a gentle spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well balanced and tasty. Quite nice.
