330 ml bottle. Dark golden body with a nice off-white head. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel and some citric fruity hops. Flavor is sweet caramel malt, toast and citric fruit with moderate bitterness. Pretty straight forward all the way. Not very exiting, the best part is the aroma.

750 ml bottle. Hazy yellow/orange body with a collapsing white head. Aroma is light spicy and herbs, fine fruitiness like banana and oranges with a hint of caramel. Flavor is like expected from aroma and really balanced. It’s not the most typical Wit beer I have tasted, but it’s very quaffable and has a positive originality. Can’t really put my finger on it, but I really enjoyed this as a surprise to the lager/pilsner beers from the same brewery.

Bottle in Genoa, purchased at Enoteca Squillari. Clear amber beer, big pale tan head. Softish dry palate with a carbonated sting. Sweetish malt, trade of bubblegum. Dry finish. Not too sweet but really not picking up any hop. A bit one dimensional.

Bottle in Genoa, purchased at Enoteca Squillari. Clear pale gold beer, little white head. Light palate, a little crisp, a little dry. Okay pale malt, not too papery. A forensic amount of citrus hop. Dry finish. Respectable pils.

Bottle in Genoa purchased from Enoteca Squillari. Almost clear gold beer. Nice white head. Light dry palate. Fine carbonation. Dry sweet pale malt, a trace of honey. A little marmalade citrus on the back end before the dry finish. Hangs together quite well although not really a pale ale.
