Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of hrabren, shared with him & Marko, thanks! Unclear golden coloured, small to medium sized white to off-white head, alcohol and caramel in the nose. Stale herbal and caramel taste with noticable alcohol and dry tea like notes.

0.33 l bottle shared with Ogi and Marko. Murky darker golden, minimal off-white head. Aroma is ripe pear, some spice, herbs and lots of alcohol. Cardboard. Sweetness. Dried fruit. Bland. Spice. Light finish.

Bottled, thx Hrabren! Clearish deep amber body, edging on copper, off-white head. Huge alcohol in the aroma, along with caramel and some candied orange and dust. Dusty caramelly taste, some milk caramel and floral notes being its only saving grace, along with some vague liqueurish citric-herbal notes, before an onslaught of alcohol. Naaah.

Schenkt wat donkerder in dan menig andere tripel, alcohol aanwezig, enorm smaakvol, romig mondgevoel, goede textuur, iets aan de zoete kant maar minder erg dan bij de venkel, stevig, nice 👍🏻💪🏻

Schenkt goed in met mooie kraag, bier is ongefilterd, zweem van floaties duidelijk merkbaar, bier ruikt aangenaam, wat citrus, mout, sterk venkel (het zal de zeevenkel wezen), ik vind het een goede en smaakvolle toevoeging. Tip: mag echt wel minder zoet.

Vanmiddag even bij House of Taste langs gelopen, deze gescoord. Eindelijk weer eens een nieuw bier voor mij van DKOL, mooi romig, wat citrus, iets grassige hop, glad, smaakt verder prima, niet zo’n uitgesproken fruitig hoppig als een folkinge, gewoon ok

Bottle from the back of the closet, can't recall when/from whom I got this, but it's certainly a few years old. Pitch black colour, light brown head with a 1 bubble layer retention. Aroma;s: roast, drop, soy sauce/umami, red fruit. Retronasal it's roasted malts, sweetish, rye bread, light boozy. Flavour is moderate sweet, rye, roasted, somewhat fruity. Alcohol feel fairly sharp at first. Almost full bodied. Finishes roasted, ashy, light moderate bitter. Solid.
