Bottle shared at level 42 Canary wharf tasting. 11/07/2016. Many thanks to Daniel for this one. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a a loose white head. Aroma is earthy grains, jammy fruits, Victoria sponge. Flavour is composed of grainy rustic bready grains, pine and a little jammy fruits. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation, dusty, chalky. Assertive hop.

Gravity dispense at Ealing BF, 06/07/16. Light black with a decent khaki cap. Nose is earthy roast, chocolate, spice, raisens, treacle toffee. Taste comprises dark fruit rinds with a bit of tang, charr, spice, jammy berry fruit whisper, chocolate orange. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough porter.

Gravity dispense at Ealing BF, 06/07/16. Light hazed on a golden orange pour topped with a moderate off white head. Nose is earthy fruits, bread dough, light biscuit crumble. Taste comprises fruit rinds, faint toffee, biscuit, malt. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close peppered with astringent bitterness. Not great.

Taste comprises light cheese, orange peel, pale malts, tangerine, soft bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light hop bitterness. Decent enough golde.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Daniel. Pours cloudy orange with a creamy, white head. A little plastic in the nose, lemon peel, hay. Light sweet flavour with more plastic notes, pale grains, dirty hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly astringent on the finish, some citrus peel, more plastic, dirty grains. So so.

Bottle thanks to Dan. It pours cloudy orange with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, nectarine, apricot, candy, bread, orange muffin and cereal. The taste is mellow, bready, minerals, straw, grass, apricot, nectarine, soda water and dull spice on the finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Not so bad.

Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Daniel. Pours unclear gold with a frothy, white ad. Light citrus in the nose, pale bread, faint melon. The nose has hints of dough, peach, more melon, straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with some further grains, lemon, pear, peach. Not bad.

Bottle at Level 42 tasting, thanks to Daniel, 11/07/16. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is bitter orange, straw, tangerine, floral notes, a touch stale and musty. Taste comprises melon, light mineral strokes, earthy, bread dough, pale malts, tangerine. Medium bodiedm, fine carbonation, drying close with leafy hop bitterness. Not great.

Bottle thanks to Dan. It pours dirty gold with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma is fresh bready, minerals, lemon sherbet, sweet, lemon parfait and earth. The taste is mellow, minerals, dirty, bread, pepper, pithy lemon and grass with a short, dry finish. Medium body and foamy carbonation. Pretty dirty and bready.

Level 42 Bottle share. Thanks to Daniel. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and has reasonable fine carbonation. Light dry pale malts, mild grain. Tired dry fruits. Fairly floral bitter finish. Spicy floral linger. Overdry and tired tasting.
