With every can, bottle, glass or growler that we fill, we will strive to deliver the exceptional customer service of days gone by. Our brewery is built on the traditional old-fashioned country values of hard work, honesty, helping your fellow neighbour, working together and rewarding yourself at the end of a hard day’s work with a well-deserved brew.

On tap at Farm Country, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of coriander, a bit of citrus peel, and a touch of soapiness. Flavour is very watery and weak, with light coriander, some soapy notes, and a touch of citrus. Very weak even for the style. Lame.

On tap at Farm Country, pours a red-tinged dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma has bready malts, toasted nuts, and a hint of roast. Flavour is appropriately dry, with bready malt, light nuttiness, and a touch of earthiness. Nothing special but reasonably done.

Dark fiery amber with just a slight haze. Looks good. Aroma is okay, mainly caramelly. Similar palate, with a bit of toastiness. Malts are a bit underdeveloped, though. Balanced bitterness. Yeah, this needs decoction.

Hazy amber. The aroma has breadcrust, grapefruit, pine - old school. Bitter, yeasty, crystal malt. This is straight from 1998, but a homebrew carboy because it's a bit on the yeasty side. I may have brewed this myself.

Opaque, no head, pale. Tart, mango jumps out, nice passionfruit in the finish. It’s basic, but done well.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Blond colour, bright, clean, with medium head. The aroma is mild, but there's some nice malt, and gentle floral hops. Dry mouthfeel, some crackers, bread, hay; the hop character is a bit too herbaceous, with timid aromatics, and mostly bitterness; kind of a stale feeling in the far end. I appreciate the effort.
