2nd beer I had from this brewery @ UBF ’13. Copper colored. Rocky, sticky off white head. Aroma’s: grain, fruit, refreshing. Flavor is grainish, malty, light sweet, light bitter. Medium bodied. Slightly disappointing after the excellent Saison.

First beer (tap) @ UBF ’13, and as it turns out one of my favorites. Dry-hopped with US hops. Golden blond color. Dense white head. Aroma’s: fruit, spicy yeast, some sweet spices (aniseed?). Flavor is medium bitter, grain/malt, a hint of acidity. Light bodied. Finishes medium bitter. Really liked this.

Tap @ UBF13. Clear golden color, short head. Aroma has some soft grassy hop, bit wheat, slight grainy. Soft bitter taste, hint of sweetness. Easy brew, nothing spectacular or outspoken.

Tap @ UBF13. Clear dark brown color, huge frothy brown head. Aroma of soft roasted coffee, some dark roasty malts, caramel. Slightly bitter taste, only soft sweetness, bit on the thin side. But again I like the balance between the coffee and the roastiness.

Tap @ UBF13. Slight hazy golden color, short head. Aroma of soft fruity hops together with soft phenolic saison esters. Nice dry and bitter taste, again crisp and spicy from the yeast, but all blended nicely together. Promising new brewery.

Draught @ UBF. Opaque black color, large frothy rocky off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, roasted malts, lightly sweet, a slight touch of bitter towards the end. Thin texture, ok mouthfeel.

Draught @ UBF. Introduced as an IPA. Clear rusty orange color, medium sized off - white head. Smell and taste wheat, wet leaves, butter. Not an IPA by a long stretch.

Draught @ UBF. A bit hazy yellow to orange color, superb white to off - white head that leaves nice lacing and lasts for a decent while. Smell and taste malts, hops, a touch of sweetness, some fruits and nicely bitter in the finish. Medium body, soft carbonation.
