Draft. Hazy brown beer with a dark cream head. Wheat and light caramel aroma. Whiskey and caramel flavor with light wheat. Medium bodied. Whiskey and caramel linger with light wheat and alcohol.

Draft @ Hoppy Loft. Cuivrée versant vers l’acajou, col crémeux beige. Arôme au bouquet houblonné agrumes, rétro grains - cara pils, seigle un peu trop en avant. Sorte de rappel thé vert. Palais est épicé, donnant une impression de Black IPA. Note agrumes qui se mêle à un malté centré plus sur le carapils, pâle et Munich. Le seigle perdure sur la fin apportant une fine note épicée, cara léger, herbacé sur la fin avec un léger pamplemousse. Ok mais pas le meilleur exemple du style.

Tap at the Delirium Hoppy Loft, Brussels. Poured a hazy medium brown with a thin whispy off white head. The aroma is yeast, light grassy hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a big woody hop bitter, light resin palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Thx! for sharing. Sampled draft @ Delirium Hoppy Loft. Red amber, little bubbles. Nose umami, caramel, burned sugar. Taste is overly herbal, umami, way too burned herbal taste, brown sugar, more roast,… Body is burned & herbal. Very dominating in that fashion & not to my taste.

Draft. Hazy orange-amber beer with a cream head. Pineapple aroma. Pineapple and light sour flavor. Medium bodied. Pineapple and sourness lingers with light malt. Refreshing.

On tap at Harenohi in Osaka. Pouring a reddish mahogany brown with a filmy beige head. The nose is spicy caramel fudge. Medium-light bodied the beer’s flavor is quite an interesting contrast in flavors: earthy rye, fudge, bitter green hops and a touch of spice in the finish. Good enough but it just never seems to meld together for me.

[2/13/15] Draught sample at Almanac & Friends Sourfest at Public House in San Francisco. Dark red color. Aroma of berries, lots of ginger, caramel and honey – a bit weird. Sweet-sourish flavor with berries and some ginger. Medium-bodied. Interesting.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours like a Berliner Weiss. Aroma is really suggestive of pineapple paint thinner. Flavor is pineapple with a "solvent" type impact. It’s really different. Challenge time!
