Stovepipe can. Pours a clear golden color with a medium sized white head The aroma is mild grains and some light grassy hops. The taste, like the aroma, is mild breads and some grassy hops. Bitterness is light-medium. The palate is thin and crisp. The carbonation was prickly and distracting. Finished short and forgettable. Overall: meh

Stovepipe can. Pours a translucent gold color with a small-ish white head that soon fades away. The aroma is strong with mixed citrus; I get grapefruit, mango, pineapple and lemons. The taste does not live up the foreshadowing of the aroma. Discernable flavors include pine resins and grapefruit. Flavors seem a bit washed out and light with only bitterness remaining. Palate is light and crisp. Finishes somewhat short with lingering bitter pine. Overall: Interesting.

Dark brown off the nitro pour. Thick head. Mild chocolate, nutty, and it’s quite sweet. A bit of coffee but the nitrogen neuters this.

bomber from the cheese man! thanks!
typical RIS pour, very black, nice tan head. Aroma is ALL roasted malt, some smoke, and a touch of dark roasted soy sauce. Flavour is super roasty, with touches of coffee, chocolate, and lots of roasty smokiness. NOt a bad impy at all, i love how roasty it is, and you dont get smacked over the head with hops.

Bottle at home. Aroma is dark malt, caramel, coffee, touch of chocolate and dark fruits, slight vanilla, some liquorice in the finish. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, hint of creamy coffee. Nice and mild Porter with some good coffee flavours.

From tap at Hopwater Distribution, San Francisco. Aroma is big Bourbon with lots of vanilla, oak, caramel toffee, marzipan, dried fruits, and raisins. Sweet and heavy with a full body. Warming, drinks like a Bourbon. Very nice, rich stuff.
Well my date bailed so ... beer?
