Established in 2007
1989 stands out as a landmark moment when the Old Dominion Brewing Co. established a brewpub operation in Ashburn, Virginia. The small brewpub quickly became a production brewery that was named one of the Top 50 breweries in the U.S.
Based on our shared values and a common philosophy of quality brewing, Fordham and Dominion joined forces in 2007 and consolidated operations in 2009.
Admin Note: In 2018, Fordham and Dominion Brewing Company ended it's relationship with AB-InBev and is back to being fully independent.

Draft at Tap99. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Light malt, lime, salt, floral notes.
No way this is an English brown, but it tastes pretty good! On to GABF 🍻

Bottled. Orangeish amber colour with a mediumsized foamy white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is caramel, some biscuity tones with zesty and citrusy elements. Flavour is sweet malts, some resin, zest, citrus and a bit biscuity tones. Somewhat bitter finish too.

Bottled. Amber colour with a mediumszed beige head. Aroma is floral, hayish, some grass and mild biscuity tones. Flavour is fruity, some spices, mild hay, some grass and mild herbal tones. Ends in a quite bitter grassy and fruity way.

Bottled. Ambr colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is toffee, some fruity and floral notes. Flavour is floral, fruity, some slight toffee notes. Really basic thing.

Bottled. Hazy amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is spruce, some zest, jam, and mild pineapples. Flavour is smooth malts, some pineapple, mild zest as well as some mild spiciness and a bit toffeeish notes.
