On tap @ De Wildeman as 5%. Looks superb inviting in the glass this. Shining golden in color, crystal clear and with a small really bubbly near translucent head that tries to stick in there. Oh, it smells farmish. And so good! Lots of musky old green apples, earthy tones all the way, I get lots of both green and blue grapes here and a tone of, well I'm sitting outside in Amsterdam on a late Friday evening so you do the math. Anyhow, this cider smells lovely. Tastes just like it looks. Really apply, earthy and almost a bit woody in the taste. No carbonation what so ever and this has one of the fullest mouthfeels I've had in a cider in way to long. Really lightdrinkable. I could almost be fooled in to drinking this as breakfast juice. 33cl bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden to amber with no head and very few bubbles. Nose - nice sour nose reminiscent of proper Scrumpy. Cooking apples primarily. Taste - not quite as sour and it’s more like eating apples, though still in a fresh form. Palate - light to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry finish. Overall -

500ml bottle 2012 vintage. Clear yellow golden colour, white foam head that quickly disappears and aroma of apple, musty. Taste is tart apple with alittle sweetness & some dry woody vanilla notes. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle. Clear very pale yellow colour, no head. Aroma and taste of sourish pear & apple, sweetish with some vanilla notes and tartness. Slight syrupy mouthfeel, light bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite OK.
