500ml bottle. Clear golden colour, white foam head and aroma of sourish apple, slight leather note. Taste is fruity apple, vanilla with some tartness. Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with a foam white head that dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple, woody. Taste is tart apple, slight wood, with some acidity and tannins. Slightly oily mouth feel, medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle. Pours clear golden with a short lived white foam head and aroma of apple, musty. Sweetish tangy apple flavour, with some apple skin, wood, vanilla and tartness. Slightly oily mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish with alittle tannin. Quite drinkable.

Flavour has ripe apples, some fruit sugar and leathery tones. Flavour is rather acidic with green apples - but at the same time floury with ripe apples in the finish. Also some fruit sugar tones. Leathery notes are nice but this is just too sweet at the end. Also a bit too acidic.
