Bottle thx to benzai. Hazy orange colour with a decent white head. Smells sweet, thick, caramel, malts. Tastes way to sweet for me, some chocolate, malts, slightly bitter, wood. Thick mouthfeel, medium body, low to medium carbo.

(bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly sugary (cara-)malty aroma with hints of marzipan, mildly citric fruity notes and a touch of human sweat (cumin ?). Moderately sweet flavour, almost full body feel with a rather calm carbonation. Slightly buttery (cara-)malty taste with spicy hints and very subtle fruity notes; slightly alcoholic and hop bitter finish, again with spicy/sweaty notes. Interesting but not for everyday use. 27.III.12

Clear deep yellow beer, big creamy off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive. Aroma: malts, sweet grains (corn?), bit of vegetables, yeast. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter hops, sweet grains, chocolaty bitterness. Aftertaste: some overripe banana, bitterness, little metallic. Definitely not the worst lager!

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours golden with a slight haze and a lacing white head. Interesting spicy and woody nose. Solid body, a sweet fruitiness, subtle spices and again some wood, oak and vanilla - even whiskey. Heavy boozy finish. Lovely. 230212
