Il gusto al naso propende per liquirizia e cioccolato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello è di schiuma color marrone castagno e abbondante. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Al palato arrivano note di miele, cioccolato, liquirizia, nocciola, frutta secca, resina ed erba.

Draft - Nice fresh raspberry and some leaf. Murky orange red with a decent white head. Light raspberry and tartness. Refreshing, but a touch chewy for the style. Solid.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Color succo di pompelmo rosso, torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso tantissimo lampone, kefir d'acqua, lieve nota citrica. In bocca è intensa, fruttatissima, acida, lattica, tart. Corpo medio, carbonazione perfetta. Spettacolo!
