On tap at Arrogant Sour Festival 2018. Pours cloudy yellow with small white head. Fruity, lots of peach, citric, medium sourness. Dry finish. Soft carbonation. Medium bodied.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Color ananas, opalescente, schiuma bianca medio-leggera, non molto persistente. Al naso note di mango, passionfruit, note erbacee, leggera cipolla. In bocca è equilibrata, con amaro leggero, fruttata e leggermente erbacea. Corpo esile, un po' watery, carbonazione medio-bassa. Discreta.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Dorata, abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso un tripudio di frutta tropicale, agrumi, melone. In bocca è bilanciata, secca, pulita, amaro contenuto, discreto corpo, nonostante la gradazione alcolica contenuta, anche la carbonazione sembra più accentuata del solito. Siamo di nuovo su livelli eccellenti!

Tap. Pours hazy yellow, small white head good lacing. Aroma is juicy, grapefruit, mango, guava, pot, spruce. Flavor is light sweet, very light bitter. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. NE IPA, very well crafted.

In bocca è equilibrata, base di malto leggera con finale amaro medio. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Buona, ma sa un po' di già bevuto.

Bottle drunk at Diorama, 2/20/18.
Clear, light amber. Head immediately dissipates.
Nose is quite grapey/vinous with skin-like tannin, lots of black pepper from the fermentation. Pretty nice, if somewhat leaning to the overly sour/acidic side. Malts show just a touch of light sugar and then fade in to a cracker and biscuit sort of thing with no alcohol but a bit of sharp ester lingering with tons of fruit character. Kinda has a concord/lambrusco species of grape feel to it.
In the mouth it shows plentiful honey-like malt to offset the strong aceto-lacto acidity. Lots of cherry-vinegar with light biscuit and vanilla, gets rather sharp and/or boozy but then trails off in to a somewhat more mild finish. Interesting, for sure, if perhaps a bit too aggressive.

Bright cherry-red, mostly clear with a rapidly-fizzling ring of bubbles atop.
Soft, lightly salty with tons of cherry pit, cherry pulp and light seed and skin-like pepper. Spicy and yet well-attenuated with soft, lightly cerealic-like wheat notes behind it and very low acidity from lactic acid. No alcohol or flaw.
In the m outh it's round and full on the texture with a dry body and light wateriness to style which contributes to the drinkability. Meaty cherry pit and juice, though dry and only very lightly tart. Salinity is very low. More of a soft, gentle, fruit beer. Not really getting much gose qualities, but it's still very enjoyable, lightly tart, dry and refreshing. Clean and no alcohol.
