On tap at Flamèl, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, soft biscuity malt and a touch of dankness. Flavour is much the same, with soft piney hops, light dankness, and bready malt. Well-constructed and balanced. Very good.

From tap at Fresh Fest. Highly grassy aroma with fruity hops, citrus, pineapple, tropical fruits. Good dry bitterness, medium body. Crisp and refreshing, lovely.

Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, mango e frutta tropicale.

Little bit of haze over a straw yellow body and a rocky mountain of head. Nose is bright with spruce and some citrus and borders on dank. Big floral character. Flavor is zippy with honey and flowers and grass and citrus. Some pine. Feels a touch more old school than new. Almost dry and bitter. 7 4 7 4 13
