Little bit of haze over a straw yellow body and a rocky mountain of head. Nose is bright with spruce and some citrus and borders on dank. Big floral character. Flavor is zippy with honey and flowers and grass and citrus. Some pine. Feels a touch more old school than new. Almost dry and bitter. 7 4 7 4 13

Light haze on this gold pint at Ma Che. Creamy white head. Interesting because it looks and feels West, but has some clear East Coast influences. Grass, citrus and some tropicals on the nose. Grain bill is reminiscent of true West Coast ipas but the hop profile is slanted. Citrus, some herbs, a little grass and some melon. Medium bodied and only lightly bitter. Still pretty good.

At Be.Re, Rome. Light hazy golden beer, small head. Aroma is malt, citrus, sweet fruit, some dough, hops, yellow fruit. Taste is the same, sweet, bitter, malt, fruit, citrus, hops. Quite nice

Tap at Malt in Fossa, in Sogliano al Rubicone, Italy. Pours orange gold, transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is intensely hoppy, fruity, resinous. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, with some fruity sweetness as well. Final is average.

Tap at Ma che Siete Venuti a Fa. Hazy golden, off white cream. Citrus, stonefruit, tropical allium. Medium body, dry chewy, light leafy metallic bitterness. Spring onion aftertaste.
