Keg at Astral Beer Pube, Bologna, 25/03/23. Lightly hazed golden blonde with a decent lasting just off white head. Nose is lemon verbena, herb, grass, barnyard esters, white peppery spice, grains. Taste comprises yeast esters, mellow spice, lemon rind, herb, hedgerow, nettles, tarte citric shreds. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light tangy edge. Solid saison ... great balance.

Lattina. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dallo speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno e articolato. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua si attestano sentori di miele, cracker, biscotto, frutta secca, agrumi, spezie, mandarino, erbe aromatiche e lievito.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata intensa, leggermente torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di frutta gialla, fiori bianchi, leggero erbaceo. In bocca è bilanciata, fresca, appagante, molto secca e con discreto amaro finale. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione media. Veramente ben fatta.

Tap @Buskers in Rome-ITA. Hazy golden pale with a fantastic white foam. Nose is a celebration of sabro at its best, surrounded with spiciness. Mouthfeel is sexy, intriguing, fusion-led. Frizzy, citric, spicy, refreshing, silky, balanced. Beautiful!

2020 vintage at 11.3%. 330 ml bottle. pours a dull yellow brown with light head. Aromas of candi sugar, soft Belgian yeast and bready malts with maybe a bit of spice. Flavors of bready malts, stewed fruit, pears and a bit more hard to define spice (maybe alcohol). OK but can’t really get the Belgian Xmas
