0,33 l bottle. BB 26.06.26. Yellow golden in the glass, slightly cloudy, one finger white foamy head. Sweet caramel with citrus on the nose. Taste starts on a more grainy side, caramel in the second row, low but present bitterness. Mid carbonation. Okay.

0,5 l bottle from Trinkgut, Hohenlimburg. BB 16.05.26. Clear red brown in the glass, short light tanned head. Soft malty aroma with nuts and some dark bread. Taste starts increasing malty, dark bread, nuts, some sweetness in the background. Soft bitterness. Below average carbonation. Easy to drink.

0.33 l bottle from the brewery, best before January 2028. Hazy, golden orange with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity-floral aroma of honey, apricot and sultanas. Fairly sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity-floral taste of honey, almond, sultanas and apricot, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, only slightly boozy finish. Full body, smooth and slightly oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very easy to drink, doesn't feel anywhere near its high abv. Not the most complex Eisbock but very well-crafted.

0.33 l bottle from local 'Trink & Spare', best before October 2025. Hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity-floral aroma of grains, straw, some vanilla and a touch of lemon peel. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, a little fruity-floral taste of grains, straw, some vanilla and light lemon peel, followed by a, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pretty nice Helles, quite moreish for the style, finally a beer which deserves the tag 'naturtrüb'.
