33cl bottle. A clear amber beer with a huge big good lasting beige head. Aroma of moderate resinous bitter hops, caramel, some spices. Taste of herbal spices, red malt, red fruits, resinous bitter hops, sweet caramel.

Thuis gedeeld uit een flesje op 27-10-18 met Huub. Chocolade in het aroma, mooie bijna zwarte kleur, weinig schuim helaas, maar een uitstekende volle smaak. Erg lekker.

Bottle shared with Joost @his place. Almost black, small frothy tan head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma roasted and smoked malts, vanilla, more coffee than cocoa, caramel. Taste light heavy sweet and medium bitter, roasted malts, coffee, light vanilla, toffee, some cocoa powder, smoky notes. Roasted sweetbitter aftertaste, coffee, toffee. Rich and tasty.

Bottle shared with Joost @his place. Hazy pale amber colour, frothy off-white head, good retention, heavy lacing. Aroma pale malts, pineapple, orange, straw, light pine. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, orange, tangerine, light pine. Mild bittersweet aftertaste, orange zest, piney notes, quite good mild IPA.

150 ml. draft @ Arendsnest. Orange, soapy lacing white head. Nose is dull grainy, lots of sweet grain, soap BE/NL. Taste is same, bland, sweet soap. Kveik really? Where is the Kveik part? Most boring Kveik ever.

Bottle shared at BAF. Black with light brown head. Roast, vanilla, sweet malts, tar, asphalt, more vanilla, dry earthy and ashy, vanilla candy. Medium sweet and over medium bitter. Almost full bodied.

Thank to Kermis! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ BAF 2018. Black, big creamy mocha head. Nose is bit too quad / BE like with herbal leaves, roots & liquorice. Too high carbonation with at least some chocolate, weak coffee, roots, bark. Not top but okay, not really getting smoke.

8 5 8 4 17Bottle shared thanks to Beerhunter111 at Borefts After Festival ‘18. Black with a thick brown head. Aroma of milk chocolate, cocoa powder, caramel and fudge. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Light full bodied with soft carbonation.
