2016 bottle. Hazy pale yellow-ish color with fizzy white head. Aroma is apple juice, some funk, phenols. Taste is dry apples, phenols, rustic, green apples, it has some bright characteristics, but is pretty rough. High carbonation, a bit dusty finish. Drinkable, but a bit challenging.

Bottle shared @ hotelroom tasting after Borefts Beer Festival Day 1. Hazy very pale white-ish yellow color, small white lacing. Smell and taste apples, sourish apples, tart, green apple peel. Lively carbonation. Lingering tart green apple peel finish. Not bad actually, I like it.
