375ml bottle from Bier Brigadier, Tilburg. Drunk watching Kylesa at Roadburn 2025. Decent pure apple juice fruit with a characterful apple variety used, gentle natural touch. Not bad.

Bottle shared at home. 2017 vintage, bought from Appels & Peren, Amsterdam. Pours pale straw with short lived head. Dry apples, light apples, lots of dryness, dry apple flesh, woodiness, little vanilla. Only light sweet and mild sour with some bitterness. Medium body and soft carbonation. Little flavor and watery aroma from hard and dry apples with little sugars.

Behoorlijk appellig. Tikkie droog.

375ml bottle from Ciderlab. 2017 Vintage. Golden colour, white foamy head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of fleshy apple, cooked apple. Taste is tart, apple, sweetish & fruity, with some apple flesh, green apple, vanilla and citric notes. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry acidic tart finish. Quite drinkable.
