Bottle shared at home. Unclear pale golden with white head. Sweet and mostly sour apples, lemony. Apple peels, old dry apples, almonds. Light sweet and medium sour, bitter. Throat cutting dry and soft carbonation. I love this crazy stuff. 🍏🔪

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Bit hazy pale straw with short lasting fizzy white head. Nose is sweet apple. When sipping there’s apple but surely not sweet! Bone and bone dry apple, mineral funk, light pear and oak. Light leaves and apple peel. Almost no sweetness, under medium sour and bitter. Under medium bodied with fizzy carbonation, and did I mention is 💀☠️💀 dry? Bottle shared at the bonfire 🔥 on the beach 🏖 . Looks golden against the fire. Sour green apples, 🍏 sweet old apple peels, 🍎 light moldy. Moderate sweet and bitter, light sour. Medium body and dry as a plank. Soft carbonation.

Bottle shared with SinH4 @ hotelroom after Borefts 2018 Day 1. Clear pale golden color, no head. Smell and taste dried apple, dry apple peel, a bit more dry than the previous one (Moesj eikenhout), or similarly dry but with less depth / juice in the flavor. Ok though. 7-3-6-3-13.

Bottle shared with SinH4 @ hotelroom after Borefts 2018 Day 1. Almost clear pale yellow color, virtually no head. Aroma is dry apple, dry green apple peel. Flavor reminds me of champagne, nice moderate to medium dry apple peel. Pleasant. 8-3-8-3-16.

Bottle, many thanks Benzai! Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is custard, green apples, leather, earthy funk. Taste is green apples, earthy, leather. Mineraly, a bit mealy mouthfeel with fizzy carbonation.

2016 bottle, many thanks Benzai! Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is apple tart, good amount of barnyard funk, light apple flesh. Taste is red apples, custard, dry, mineraly, light barnyard, almost dusty finish. Mineraly mouthfeel with fizzy carbonation. Very good!

Sampled from bottle at Borefts 2018, 2016 vintage, thanks for sharing! Hazy, straw yellow with a white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, gently fruity aroma of ripe apples and a touch of vanilla. Slightly sweet, a bit sour, quite dry, moderately fruity taste of ripe apples, some vanilla and a touch of wood, followed by a short, moderately tart, fairly dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
