Sampled from bottle at Borefts 2018, 2017 vintage, thanks for sharing! A little hazy, golden with a white head. Slightly sweetish, gently sourish, moderately fruity aroma of ripe apples and some pear. Minimally sweet, gently sour, quite fruity taste of ripe apples and some pear, followed by a short, moderately tart, rather dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Bottle shared at Borefts, thanks all! Dry apple, apple peel, soft funk, light lemon, green apple, watery funk and CO2. Light sweet, light bitter too and under medium tart. Almost medium bodied. Not bad.

Bottle shared at Borefts, thanks all. Light tart apples, quince, pear, dry mineral funk, CO2, fresh oak, dry apple peel. Light sweet, over light bitter and tart. Light bodied. Good, quite okay though.

Bottle shared at home. Clear pale golden and no head. Very dry and bitter unripe little apples, nice light dry sourness as well. Applepits, champagne, some tannins. Moderate sweet, light sour, quite bitter. Feels light and has little carbonation. Enjoyed this very much.

Sampled from bottle at International Cider Festival. Hazy straw, no head. Sweet apples, sour apples, some nuttiness, vanilla and lemon. Light wild funk. Medium sweet and bitter.

Bottle 375ml. @ [ Hotel Room tasting ] - Room #183, Woerden, Netherlands [ As De Vergeten Appel 't Schoapke 2016 ].Unclear light yellow colour with a average, inintail frothy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, tart apples, sour apples, sweet apples, tart pear, green apples, apple skin. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, "chicken butt", apple, green apple, apple skin, medium dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Sampled from 0.375 l bottle at Best Western Woerden, 2016 vintage. Hazy, very pale straw yellow with a large, fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, sourish, quite fruity aroma of ripe apples, some pear and a touch of walnut. Just slightly sweetish, moderately sour, fruity and very dry taste of ripe apples and some pear, followed by a short, slightly tart, fairly dry finish. Thin body, very effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice!
